Cyber Security Talk at Annual Parish Meeting – 19 May

The Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Monday 19th May at the Village Hall starting at 7.30 pm. The meeting will start with a talk about cyber security given by village resident Daniel Versace.

Daniel is a seasoned cyber security architect at the BBC, with over 15 years of experience in IT and eight years specifically in Information Security. He holds a postgraduate degree in Cyber Security and numerous professional qualifications. He is passionate about educating others on online safety and is dedicated to inspiring the next generation to pursue careers in technology.

This will followed by a short break for tea, coffee and biscuits, organised by Little Owls.  Little Owls Pre-school offers quality care and education for children aged 2 to 4 years.  The Pre-school works in partnership with parents and carers to help children learn and develop, whilst adding to the life and well-being of the local community.  Donations for the refreshments would be gratefully appreciated.

After the refreshment break there will be a report from the Chairman of the Parish Council highlighting major events that have happened in the last twelve months.

Then it is your turn to raise any questions you have or ideas that would make the village an even better place to live.
